preparation
The dishes can be prepared quickly and easily:
Breakfast:
Mix the contents of the sachet with 30 ml of water or a plant-based milk alternative. You can also add a tablespoon of linseed oil.
Lunch and dinner:
Boil the amount of water indicated on the bags. Put the contents of the bag in a soup plate and pour the boiling water over it. Mix both and leave the dish covered for 5 minutes.
Please drink enough water or tea while fasting!

The total calories of meals per day are less than 600 kcal and the low proportion of carbohydrates in meals ensures small fluctuations in insulin levels. Both are optimal starting situations, so that the autophagy processes are not interrupted despite food intake.
